Hopeful reopening information!

 

As our big reunion looms, we wanted to let you know we are remaining hopeful for April 12th, however we have decided that until the update on 5th April from the government has been confirmed that we may reopen on the 12th April we are keeping our appointment bookings paused so we aren’t yet in a position to offer and confirm appointments just yet!

As soon as it is confirmed, we will start contacting our priority client list of those that had pre-booked appointments whilst closed and then follow onto our waiting list.

So if you didn’t have a pre-booked appointment but would like to be added to our waiting list, please do contact us and we will pop you on there!

**IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR COLOUR CLIENTS**

Please note that because of a change in law we are required to re-patch test ALL clients who have colour services. This needs to be done 48 hours BEFORE ANY colour appointment – We will open 10am – 12pm on MONDAY 12th APRIL for patch testing (hopeful of the reopening date confirmation) this will mean colour may be booked from Wednesday 14th April onwards.

We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause you but this is a NEW requirement by law due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

We know some of you will be feeling so excited about coming in to see us while others will be feeling somewhat nervous and anxious still. It is our goal that every single one of you can feel comfortable in our salon. We would like to remind you of our top safety measures and precautions and are kindly asking that you:

 

  • Arrive alone for your appointment
  • Wait in your car or outside in fresh air if you are early for your appointment. We appreciate your prompt arrival. If you are late, we may have to reschedule.
  • Wash/sanitise your hands when you arrive at the salon
  • Keep a space of 2 metres between you and anyone else in the salon
  • Do not touch or shake hands with anyone else in the salon
  • Please bring your bank card or contactless payment where possible

We are also asking customers to reschedule your appointment if:

  • You have experienced any cold or flu symptoms in the last 14 days
  • Have been in contact with anyone with cold or flu symptoms in the last 14 days

So that our salon is as safe as possible, you will have a slightly different salon experience than before:

  • Apart from water, food and beverage service has been suspended.
  • The use of the cloak room will be suspended for the time being. Please limit the amount of personal items you bring with you into the salon. Anything brought in will need to be kept with you at all times.
  • Appointments are spaced out to reduce the number of people present and to allow extra time for cleaning/sanitization.
  • Sanitizing of personal spaces and hand washing will take place in between clients. As well as more frequent cleaning of high touch common area surfaces.
  • Staff have been informed and trained on sanitization best practices
